Can you give me directions from Brisbane and the Bruce highway?

Can you give me specific directions from Doonan and Noosa?

Coming from Noosa after you pass through Doonan and a few kilometres before Eumundi, you will pass Eumundi-Noosa wreckers on the left. We are located about 1 km after Eumundi-Noosa wreckers on the right. Just before our driveway, there is an 80km/hr speed sign on the left. Our driveway is on the right side about 20 metres past the sign.

Please Take Care

Please be careful entering and exiting the nursery. We recommend using your indicator well in advance to make sure the following vehicle is aware. We find that moving to the centre line just before coming to a stop allows vehicles to pass safely using the side strip.

The left of the 3 paths goes down to the frangipani nursery.

Where should I park?

About 50 metres into the property, there is flat area big enough for trucks to turn around. Since this is close to the best and most ready frangipani trees, please park anywhere on this flat area.

What should I do if I don’t see anybody at the nursery?

If you do not see anyone, please toot your horn and wait near your car. By that time, you should have a mobile number to call. Toot and call every 2 minutes if necessary.

Any advice on footwear?

In wet weather, thongs are slippery, barefoot is possible and precious shoes will get dirty walking in the wet grass.

Please do NOT wear high heels!

Please tread carefully! There are many things to trip on including irrigation pipes, weed mats and the bricks holding the weed mats in position.

top

Will I need a hat or umbrella?

Many of our frangipanis are positioned in full sun on black weed mat which gets very hot during summer. Customers OFTEN mention how hot it is or mention they forgot to bring a hat.

There is no shade or rain shelter nearby so try to make an appointment when it is not too hot or too rainy. Feel free to use an umbrella for rain or sun protection.

Since umbrellas easily catch onto frangipani branches, please be careful. If umbrellas are used, it’s possible to view the frangipanis by walking around the weed mat.

What should I do if I’m running late?

Please call or text as early as possible and state what time you expect to arrive.

Please don’t stress about pushing your arrival time back. We’d prefer that much more than waiting for someone who’s running late.

If it’s within 10 minutes of our planned meeting time, please call! Don’t bother texting. Those text message are often not received until much later. Please also note, that messages to the landline and emails go to the office and might not be checked for a day or two.

What should I do if I need to cancel or postpone?

Please call or text as early as possible to cancel.

Please don’t stress about cancelling. We’d prefer that much more than waiting for someone who’s not coming.

If it’s within 10 minutes of our planned meeting time, please call! Don’t bother texting. Those text message are often not received until much later. Please also note, that messages to the landline and emails go to the office and might not be checked for a day or two.

Cancelling in advance will minimize the time we are taken away from our usual work routine and we’ll be keen to make a new appointment.
